Use this BMI calculator to estimate your Body Mass Index and understand where you stand in relation to healthy weight ranges.
What does your BMI result mean?
BMI is a simple indicator of body fat based on your height and weight. It helps classify weight status into general categories, but it does not measure body fat directly.
General BMI ranges:
– Under 18.5 → Underweight
– 18.5–24.9 → Normal weight
– 25–29.9 → Overweight
– 30+ → Obesity
Is BMI always accurate?
BMI does not account for muscle mass, bone density or fat distribution. Athletes, bodybuilders and older adults may get misleading results, so BMI should be interpreted with caution.
